I really like these videos because they are very honest. It shows what it’s truly like when a pitcher and coach are working on something together. The actual pitches weren’t great but the goal is to find something that clicks so you can latch on to it and get it to the point where you can throw strikes and compete. Work isn’t pretty because it’s work.

Really hope we can see his progress! Seems very genuine and coachable always looking for feedback after every rep! You’ll get it no worries and my money is saying he will be nasty!!

Great video as usual. Really enjoy where the guys are instructed to do things and change so help get just the right mechanics. Helps coaches (daddy or pro) and shows players that everyone has something they can or need to work on. Keep it up.

Not a baseball guy at all. Don't watch MLB etc., but these videos are a lot of fun to watch

as it approaches winter I can’t really long toss anymore. are there any good alternatives to long tossing for building that arm strength?

    question
are good sidearm breaking balls like sweepers and sinkers good for submarine pitchers?

Low slot pitchers typically rely on horizontal profile pitches such as sinkers, sweepers, and at times changeups

A little bend of the torso will help create a heavier ball and give his cuff a longer life.

Good job on being an expert at all the data! Hopefully all the data can throw strikes, not get taken deep, slow down a heart beat when the game is on the line and making rational (gut) decisions! 😊
