This is a good start that will probably benefit most people, then I think it's indivudual what works for people. For me though it's good to limit intake on heavy foods such as oils, nuts and heavy dairy. I don't eat meat and feel much better and lighter although I know these are personal choices.

Calorie deficit, eat less than what you need
@@jurper5428 I eat 1200 calories and do gym 6 times a week
@@gunjanbhatt1083 try 1000 or lower. 1200 isn't very effective, results will be slow. Also gym doesn't matter that much, diet matters the most.
