      This is a good start that will probably benefit most people, then I think it's indivudual what works for people. For me though it's good to limit intake on heavy foods such as oils, nuts and heavy dairy. I don't eat meat and feel much better and lighter although I know these are personal choices.

      @@5226ola i think you pointed out something really important there: individual preferences/choices. Happy to hear your current diet works for you and definitely agree that even though nuts are great, I also can’t eat them unlimited. Thanks for sharing your thoughts 🥰

      I have a rare genetic metabolic disorder. So I've cut out dairy & meat products from my diet. I've lost so much weight, I didn't think it was possible only 4 years a go.

    Hey niki I am 52kgs and mg height is. 152 cm I wan too lose. Weight. But gym Is not. Working

      Calorie deficit, eat less than what you need

      @@jurper5428 I eat 1200 calories and do gym 6 times a week

      @@gunjanbhatt1083 try 1000 or lower. 1200 isn't very effective, results will be slow. Also gym doesn't matter that much, diet matters the most.

      good point! i meant to say “trying to be perfect and then punish yourself if you make a mistake” just forgot to add a clarification :(
