1980's Galaxy 12" Oscillating Fan

Here's a remake of this oddball, I still have yet to see another example exactly like this, solid color round blade with tan colored badge and all single color buttons. This must be either a special production model or some kind of commercial/government model. The binding you hear when it oscillates towards the left is the rear grill not agreeing with the front grill.
When I first got this from eBay back in the day I had to modify and file down one side of the cage to make the aligning pin fit properly. The blade is also slightly off balance causing it to rattle. Still operates fine.
I no longer own this fan, as I gifted it to a close friend of mine.
