    About the Panelists:
    Festival programmer, film lecturer, critic and film director, Rada Sesic was born in former Yugoslavia. She now lives in Utrecht/The Netherlands. For the last 15 years, she has been collaborating with IDFA, and is often on the selection of the IDFA Bertha Fund, the Hubert Bals Fund of IFFR and the Doha film fund. Head of the Documentary Competition at the Sarajevo Film Festival, she also co-heads Docu Rough Cut Boutique. She leads the Last Stop Trieste platform in Italy, and from 2022,is on the selection of the Documentary Competition. She has served as a selector of South Asian films at the IFFR Rotterdam for 20 years and been Artistic Director at the 15-year-old Eastern Neighbours Film Festival in The Hague. She has been a mentor in many workshops in Europe and Asia, including Vision du Reel Nyon, Docs to Go Poland, Baltic Sea Forum Riga, Doc Lisboa, Ex Oriente Czech Republic, Dragon Forum, Balkan Discoveries Sofia, DunaDoc Budapest, Doc Edge Kolkata, DocWok New Delhi, RCLab Movies That Matter. She was also a jury member for documentaries at EFA in 2020 and 2021 and in 2022 on the selection of films.
    Aparna Sanyal, the Executive Director of Doc_Commune, PSBT's new mentorship program, is a multiple award-winning nonfiction director and producer, and the founder of Mixed Media Productions.
