Post on social media especially in groups they belong to about what they did bc you know you’re petty and like to hold grudges. If you want to be just a tiny bit more petty contact your local news and pitch them a story about lack of help from families and friends when a disability arises. This is a huge problem people are not aware of. Similar situation on my end. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Don’t hesitate to block the hell out of them for your peace and quiet.

My stepmom was the one to plan everyone’s birthdays but the day hers came up everyone just either didn’t care or asked her what she had planned for them to do on her birthday instead of planning stuff for her birthday themselves to show her they cared. She stopped planning everything for everyone after that
