    There’s no issues that can be resolved. You can potentially send your daughter some contact info if she ever wants to talk. Be aware your ex family may try and use her to manipulate you. You have a wife and son, protect them, that’s your job, even if you have to protect them from your ex family. These people are too toxic to expose your loved ones to.

    As for your daughter, you can set up a trust for her and leave her a letter explaining everything. If you meet her , all you can do is explain your side; then it's her choice. You don't know her and she doesn't know you, but at least you tried. That's all you can do. Keep that toxicity as far away as possible. It's not your fault.
