    I made it just today haft of the recipe to try and substituted the water for coconut milk it was very delicious and perfectly done thnx so much we enjoyed it so much many thnx.❤️

    hello can we coconut milk+plus water instead all water for the liquid part. If we can how any coconut milk you recommend? thank you very much.

      You can replace atleast half of the water

    What kind of rice flour you need to make the recipe is it normal flour or sticky rice flour

    Did you use glutinous rice flour or just plain rice flour? Do you think it would work with glutinous rice flour?

      Just plain rice flour, texture will be different if you use glutinous rice flour

    Wow looks good. How many rice cakes were you able to make in that batter? What is the yeast for? And also is it ok if I put grated coconut (niyog) on the side? Thank you

      I did not count but i can say allot, my best estimate is about 80-100 , yeast makes the puto create air bubbles so it makes it lighter. Yes you can put geated coconut on the side

      I haven’t tried, in my opinion you better of steaming this, texture will be different of you bake them

      1 cup sugar or you can add more depending on the sweetness that you like

    Hi po, request nman po for next puto recipe. Yun pong puto-kutchinta ng marikina. It’s puto po but tastes like kutchinta. Thank u ☺️

      8-10 minutes but you have to check as well . By taking 1 out to check for doneness
