Naghahanap ako ng puto nang kagaya sa vitnamese style na hindi siya tumitigas pagumaga at bago tumigas aabuta pa ng isang linggo pagkabili ko, who knows kailan pa yon naluto bago sino-supply sa store. Paki reply lng kung may sagot ka sa tanong ko. Masasayang lng kc dahil hindi ko namn kayang ubusin ng isang araw dahil magisa lng akong kakain at is pa hindi namn ako malakas kumain. Sana lng mabigyan mo ako ng real score as to how long does it last. Hindi siguro kasi un ung purpose ng water roux eh para malambot. Ginagamit din kasi ung Ganung technique sa bread like pandesal and brioche bun. I bake a lot and na try ko na gumamit ng water roux pero Di ko pa na try sa puto
