Yeah I know:/ The closest to us is over the River in Rainer, OR (Im in Longview, WA). You could however go over into Canada and check out Dollarama, they are similar setup to Dollar General, just smaller (so I have read)
That's kind of silly, BUT you could also use that to your advantage.. bring 2 piles of cereal and buy a pair of kindergarten scissors.. lol then stand there opening each box of fruit loops, slide the plastic bag out to cut out the coupon on the Apple Jacks. Then after putting them all back together, he would have to ring them all up, which would apply to a $5 of $25.. or $2 off $10 scenario.. THEN you give him all the coupons.. making each box of Apple jacks free. So in the end you could use it to take your total of paying boxes down by a fair amount.? *Just on a positive note* heehee
I agree with you and hubby. Your version is the right way. That makes it hard on a customer if they are new to couponing.
Thanks for letting me know .
Did you have any other problems redeeming the other coupons?
I wish we had a DG here in the Seattle area.
