DIY 12v power supply from old cordless tool battery

how I re-used craftsmen cordless drill / tool batteries after the drill failed.
Used an inexpensive voltage regulator to step the voltage down so its suitable for 12 voltage applications. For my case I will be using the batteries with 19.2v rating to power a 12v nitro heater and 12v nitro engine starters.
