The dumbbell RDLs you did are really great for building the posterior chain (hamys, glutes and back) which is an often overlooked muscle group by runners and in body weight exercises. A little bit of advice if you do those in the future is to not worry about getting as low as you can, but rather focus on keeping the tension in the hamstrings and glutes. When your knees bend that much and your back starts to bend the weight is shifted to the back, making it a lower back exercise. Training the hamstrings and glutes is a great way to help develop some speed in running.

yeah but if you add in the calories from all the supplements he takes, plus eating pretty high calorie dense foods(steak, butter, nuts) it's more than you would think watching his full day of eating. Still is crazy to see that he really does not eat a ton.
he could also be trying to lose weight in lieu of becoming an endurance athlete. since he has so much lean muscle, he would need a lot lot more than he is eating rn to maintain or continue bulking up

PEDs without suffering is pointless being lean is not possible if you over eat your caloric needs
