    Aitzaz Syed, a journalist from the far-right group against Imran Khan, is not being honest. When asked about the election date, he only mentioned the constitution, leaving out the fact that the government and powerful groups are trying to delay the election to harm Imran Khan. Syed's audacious refusal to shed light on the ruthless tactics employed against Imran Khan and his party reveals his allegiance to a biased agenda. His failure to expose the calculated machinations of government alliance underscores his complicity in perpetuating an environment of political sabotage and manipulation.
    DW News must exercise utmost caution, as the overwhelming majority of Pakistan's media landscape is unmistakably skewed, with an astonishing 99% towing the line of an overtly anti-Imran Khan and anti-PTI narrative. The prevailing media bias necessitates a vigilant approach in deciphering the truth amidst a sea of orchestrated misinformation and entrenched political agendas.

    • @funkygenesis
      @funkygenesis ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi, your assessment is fairly true however one must not disconnect Khan's tenure from the current crisis. He was brought in by the military establishment after bulldozing the conventional political infra. During his 4 years the economy nose dived, the currency devaluated. He harmed the foreign relations to a degree not heard before. All this made the establishment lose hop and eventually pulled the plug on him. However Pak was never dominated by PTI at any point and the political consensus along with the establishment have ousted Mr. Khan have been able to prevent outright default. Imran is in jail while the country's macro economics are stabilizing. If this continues could prove to be the political end for PTI as the political consensus will be able to plug the hole left by PTI.

    • @usmana1ie
      @usmana1ie ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@funkygenesis during his 4 years economy nose dived and currency devalued. Seems like country is now prosperous, soon gonna world's largest economy with 69% gdp growth.
      Even a duffer can differentiate between this boot liking government and that PTI 4 years. Yes those 4 years weren't perfect, nor for other countries (during COVID) but the way the handled the economy and covid, isn't appreciated well.

    • @funkygenesis
      @funkygenesis ปีที่แล้ว

      The only economic prosperity brought aka funds given by WB and IMF cause of COVID were handed over to a bunch of connected industrialists. The approach was not bad but in the face of a devaluing rupee the money was funnelled abroad while PTI was way more concerned with the Godly image of the pseudo Buddha. Things are not going to get back on track so soon after the massive F up by the establishment called PTI. It is going to take some time but extremely dire conditions are required for the boots to hand back power to Immy the dimmy. Not gonna happen for a while in my opinion and other options are being sought. The crazies are more than welcome to cry.

    • @waseemikram8932
      @waseemikram8932 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@funkygenesis Absolutely, here's a simpler version of your points:
      Militaristic Role in Imran Khan's Rise to Power: Imran Khan's entry into power was heavily influenced by the military. In Pakistan, the military holds significant control over government changes. Because Khan was popular and had struggled for 22 years, he was favored by the military. They helped him form the government by bringing in around 40 to 50 elected officials. But things changed after Khan lost the majority of seats in the 2022 elections, which led to a shift in their support.
      Economic Fortitude Under Khan's Stewardship: During Khan's time in power, Pakistan achieved impressive economic milestones. They collected a record-high amount of taxes, about 6 trillion rupees, from 2021 to 2022. The country's economy grew from less than 3% to a strong 6%, and exports increased a lot, reaching 25 billion USD. This includes a big boost in IT exports. Khan's administration also managed well during tough times like the COVID-19 pandemic, helping the economy and foreign reserves stay strong.
      Foreign Relations and Asserting Pakistan's Sovereignty: Khan's government stood up for Pakistan's own interests in foreign affairs. They played a vital role in maintaining peace in Afghanistan, especially for the safe withdrawal of US troops. Khan also built diplomatic relations with Russia, showing that Pakistan can make its own decisions, not just follow orders from powerful countries like the US.
      Economic Downturn Amid Khan's Detention: It's not accurate to say the economy is stabilizing while Khan is in jail. In reality, the value of the US dollar compared to Pakistani rupees has dropped significantly (1 USD is worth 288 PKR). Fuel prices have shot up to 272 PKR, and this economic instability has affected over a million people. Many companies are struggling, especially the textile industry, which has almost shut down due to high costs.
      The bottom line: It's important to have accurate information when discussing these issues, especially online.

    • @funkygenesis
      @funkygenesis ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This is not a simpler rather distorted version and these ain't my points. Imran was never in the driving seat except for maybe when he announced the shelters for the poor. Turns out even they were sham as they were already in operation by a private donor based Indus Org. I think. He was at best in the back seat and that was on a good day. Military realized back in 2019 that they'd put too much weight on their new donkey but COVID ended up saving the day as announced by Sheikh Rancid. One of the ministers of IK I believe he is called Parvez Ilahi is on record commenting that the "Military got tired of changing this donkey's diapers". It was quite amusing but true as well.

    Pakistani military should allow their people & politicians to trade with India as Bangladesh did for the sake of poor Pakistani people. Pakistan's majority of income is used for funding its unwanted heavy military establishment instead of poor people.
    Indigenous Pakistanis should be aware of what their foreign-origin Elite communities & people ( who are dictating what is pakistan instead of indigenous people ) are doing against them.
    If Pakistan's indigenous people rediscover their ancient history & start to make opinions according to it without the influence of these foreign-origin Elite communities for their problems & future, Pakistan will become a safe place.

    Imran khan is the most popular leader in Pakistan with support of 80% . In Pakistan there is no law .. there is undeclared martial law. Even these mafia establishments do not allow people to have PTI flags even more than 10000 people are in jail. Without bringing them to court. Imran khan is in jail because of
    unfairly prejudiced judge. Nowadays he runs away to London. The most popular journalists in Pakistan ( Imran khan Riaz) have disappeared from the police since 92 Day we don't know anything about. People think our own ISI makes him disappear. Because he would speak the truth. In Pakistan our own army is doing wrong things inhuman acts. Whoever supports Imran khan they go to their houses and arrest them without an arrest warrant. If that person is not at home they arrest their woman and children and break everything in the house... What a shame 😔

    Dear DW, you couldn't have a better person to ask these questions ❓
    The fact of the matter is that there is an act 144 in place which means that no gathering more than 4 people are allowed.
    Also anyone and everyone who support Imran khan is persecuted, abducted. While you were speaking to this guy, Shandana Gulzar who is ex MNA for Imran khan's party has been abducted. The lawyers who represent Imran in his cases (which are frivolous, politically motivated and are bogus) are being threatened and persecuted as well .
    The high court judge Amir Farooq is facilitating the prolonging of Imran imprisonment on behalf of the military establishment who is doing all this against Imran.
    And very unfortunate is the fact that Europe has hand in it as well. Because it's clear now that Imran khan,s decision for being neutral in Russian Ukrainian conflict is being seen as a crime in the eyes of the western countries.
