    I added small black rubberbands to all straps and that is what I use to tuck any excess Hook & Loop so that I can still use it across all ofmy bikes if needed.

    Thanks for taking the time to do this review. All the reviews I've watched have been excellent. I've been looking for a new set of fenders, these will do the job nicely.

    Looks like those are snap-on fenders I was waiting for a long time. Thank you for the review.

      Glad the review was helpful. SKS also offers a wide range of other fenders, so I'm sure you can find one that works for you.

    Funny. Easy to take time and adjust rear properly. But probably have already figured that out. Bottle cage in way so rear extension strap best location may be higher up on seat tube. Also as said adjusting length and position of stay mounts. I am using on Trek Domane with 700x40mm Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H tires.

    Hi, and thanks for the cool Video! A quick question: Do you think the Speedrockers still provide enough protection with 45 mm tires?

      I can't say for certain, but I would assume an extra 3mm would still work with these fenders. Otherwise, you may want to consider wider SKS fenders like the Edge - www.sks-germany.com/en/products/edge-al-56/

    One thing that annoys me is they don't have a connector for those who have bolts on the frame. It wood be nice if they add bolted clip in mount

      SKS has bolt-on clip options if you're frame supports it. The Speedrocker is meant to be a quick-release fender.

      @@TheSweetCyclists Well, you right, but it such a waste.
      Why not add it?

    Whats the width of it? ...NOT the tire width. The fender width.

    • @TheSweetCyclists
      @TheSweetCyclists  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The outer width for the fenders is about 2" for our setup. The connector points are wider, but the 2" width is likely the most restrictive portion as it goes through the chain stays in the frame.

      @@TheSweetCyclists Thank you! Why no fender mfg clearly mention a critical measurement!?

      @@TheSweetCyclists Thank you for the answer ! 2" is huge ! No chance of fitting these on a road bike, need gravel at least :(. They have the RaceBlades for road, which you also gracefully reviewed, but I find the RaceBlades still let a decent amount of water on my legs because:
      1. the back one stops at the triangle, does not go "into" it, so water from rear wheel comes on my calves
      2. the front one starts behind the fork, does not have something above the tire. At high speeds, water is splashed upwards and forwards by this part of the tyre, and you run straight into this water, getting wet on the front of the legs.
      So I was really hoping the Speedrockers solve both these problems, but they're too wide :(
