One of my favourite docu series was Ewan and Charley's _Long Way Round_ and _Long Way Down_. It's fantastic that "amateurs" can create something all on their own that is equal to that, and in some cases due to technology improvements, way better.

Hey, we drink our tea/coffee with rusks in India too! In fact we love rusk so much that now they've started making "cake rusk" too. It is rusk but made out of like cake and it is fantastic.

Ahhhhh, this vlog is taking us back!! We took nearly same route back in 2012. We scrambled up Dune 45 as fast as we could to get to the top before sunrise. It was totes worth it. Loads of tourists though. Did you guys make it to Deadvlei? Cheers to another wicked video.

Angela Collins it is a little bit. But it's bigger, with more stuff in it. Same concept though. Dried so it doesn't go stale, then dipped in something to make it easier to eat.
For us American, what is a rusk compared to? Biscotti? Hard cookie?

Im a little confused here, It seems from what i can see that you went to Sossusvle but didnt go to Deadvlei on the other side wher eBig Mamma nd Big Daddy are with the dead trees? Seems a pitty really to go so far and miss it, just my 2 cents.
For sure, although it's beautiful there it was JAM packed full of tour buses and what not, as well as having done it numerous times before, so it was nice to get a change of perspective from the usual view :)
