We need great leaders

You and I are under some form of leadership, even lordship. We are under the authority and guidance, for some even control, of something or someone. We entrust ourselves to leadership knowing that it is purposed for good and towards our greater good.
There are lords and leaders who are good and not good. But then there are those who aspire to be great, who are already great, but more importantly who make us great too. We need great leaders. Can we say that those who lead and lord over us are great?
