Great Podcast Marie!! Your Baker River Shawl is gorgeous just like Judy’s, and I think the green would be a perfect choice. Oh and those socks! I just need to finish a pair for goodness sakes. Soon I hope! See you soon
Sorry for the late comment Marie! Your slip over and love note are fantastic and also love the Blanket!! I haven't finished my jelly roll. pretty sure it's going to take years! 😂 Always enjoy cozying up with my knitting and watching your episodes! 🥰 Cheers my friend!! xo
The green would be very nice for your ruffle. But the grey is a good match too, it depends on what you’re looking for, more blended or a contrast. In the end you can’t really go wrong because you chose beautiful colours. Love your Lovenote , it’s on my list of things I want to knit this year 💜
Your slipover turned out great! I think you will really enjoy wearing it. I made the Highland slipover last year out of Woolens & Nosh's worsted weight yarn, and it is one of my favorite things to wear! Always love seeing what you're working on. :)
Another fun podcast Marie. I have been wanting to knit the Fletching Socks but perhaps with a longer leg. Doing them in DK is such a good idea. I vote for the green ruffle, I like contrast it will provide.
Beautiful stuff, great content, and a sweet and friendly hostess.❤ Oooh, I may have to try that scarf!! I love one-skein projects to use up all the skeins I have bought for I-don't-know-what!!
Enjoyed your podcast Marie. I enjoyed making the Fletching sock, though I did them in a sport weight but loved your idea of DK weight so will look out some yarn and try that. I think the green yarn would look lovely for your ruffle. Happy knitting 🌸
First time biewer…..enjoyed your podcast, and will be back. Opinion: I like the green ruffle better, But either would certainly work. I enjoyed your discussions of patterns and yarns. Kathleen in Wisconsin
Okay lady, not sure how I missed this! There's a red line across the video like I watched the whole thing but I don't remember any of your upcoming projects section!! Maybe I wasn't thinking clearly but either way, I loved watching this today and spending time with my favorite fiber friend!
Hi - I wanted to comment on what you said about wishing the Felix cardigan came in a child size. I was wishing the same thing, and I found a pattern on Ravelry called the Rosa (Little) by a designer named Along avec Anna. It looks exactly like the Felix, only in a child size. I wanted to make matching sweaters for myself and granddaughter. I have purchased the pattern but haven't knit it yet. Just an FYI if you want to check it out. - This designer also has a pattern called the Rosa, which is an adult size cardigan that is similar to the Felix only it is a v-neck. I have knit that pattern and like it very much. I have knit 2 Felix cardigans and 2 Rosas, the eyelet detials are the same, but I like having the option of either rounded or v-neck.
Thank you for sharing so much. 😊
Thanks for watching! I am glad you enjoyed!
