I love hearing about your process and modifications!😊 You gave me the courage to do some sweater surgery in order to lengthen the body of my latest knit. I kitchener stitched it back together and it worked perfectly! 😄 Love your podcast and your honest opinions!
Oh my goodness, love to see another knitter sucked into Acotar! Sarah j Maas single handedly made me a reader again after not reading through college! (Love the knits as well) 😊😊
Great episode! I loved your finished colourwork sweater 😊 I have listened on Audible the whole series of A Court of Thorns and Roses it is an addictive read!
I may need to try a “shall virgin” for my next yarn sacrifice 😂. I too hate the way the back of my Cloud Sweater looks. I’ve been planning on lengthening the back, but your short row idea is perfect! I willfully refused to knit Petiteknit patterns because I was so sick of hearing about them. Well I broke the “seal” and I’ve knit three PK patterns in a row. I get the hype, but still feel like other designers deserve my patronage as well. I hope your travels are free if frustration and full of adventure💗
I agree. I get the hype around her and her team cranks patterns like so bodies business. I do want to delve into less mainstream patterns. Maybe even vintage! I saw the social fabric on IG make a vintage pattern and I was INSPIRED!
Ha knitting and ACOTAR ❤️ it was my gateway too, now wait for your life to be taken over by Throne of glass and Crescent City. No regrets - hope you enjoy!
I Do A Provisional Cast On If I Know In Advance That I Want To Fold A Neckline Or Hems, But If I Don't I Do That Fold And Knit It Down Hack. I Just Finished A Bralette That Called For An Italian Bind Off, Same Girl, The Hassle Was Not Worth It! 😅

I live in Washington but just getting back into things since covid and my favorite lys is no longer in business. Any suggestions? I’m suburbs south of Seattle but willing to travel for some fun yarn shopping :) love your projects and channel!
So nice to see you again 😊 Love your projects and love the serie you are reading now! I don't remember exactly when I readed these books but I enjoyed them so much, I think I will have them on my to reread list 😅 Regards from Norway, Maria.
Thanks so much, that’s really helpful. Having sizing of both the podcaster and garment can help a lot. I shall probably go with the same-, a M. I was unsure S or M, but seeing how the M on you wasn’t so big at all I shall follow suit! Thanks again.
Love your Talvinen sweater!!
Thanks so much!

Thank you always for the kind words and comment :) hope all is well!
I'm an avid knitter and an avid reader...I love hearing about your projects and the books you are reading...thanks for sharing.
Maybe I’ll have to do mini book reviews! That sounds fun, easy and like a good way to motivate myself to be consistent about my reading/audiobooks :)

It’s amazing. It’s just so easy to become immersed in it
I LOVE your version of the Talvinen sweater! Looks like such a good classic fitting sweater.

I love “Tea Cozy Yarn”! Hers is my favorite! There is a new one in Bothell that I have yet to try, but have heard great things!

I’ve been living the books! I’m already on the third one! Have you read her other books??
@@everystitch.counts no, I don't remember but I will check, this os my every evening reading ☺️
Alpaca g r o w s, those loose hairs are guard hairs. Steam block, IMO.
Any chance please you may share the size of your cloud sweater? I’m just about to cast on, so all visual help is much appreciated! Thanks from 🇬🇧
I forgot to mention! I’m making the size 3!
These are my measurements if that is also helpful.
Height 5’10
Bust 35 1/2 in
Waist 26 in
Hip 37 in
I think the third size is fitting me really well so far!

Actually I’ve just re-read the pattern and the third size is a S! So I’ll go with that, right? I’m only 5’4, same bust measurement.
