TLDR: These past two weekends have been super busy, first one with a work trip to France and then another with some tabletop stuff I needed to get done. Hence the slow uploads - mostly all done now though, so normal schedule should resume. I cannot like or love this enough, man. We build in the same motivation and similar styles. Building into structures is harder requires more work and pays off so much! Also, feel you on police sirens. I live in Manhattan and when I record it's like a cue for the whole of Harlem to insane.
Great build! I've actually been eyeing this site for a while and decided to give it a go myself. I don't think I would have figured it out because the surrounding area is very unforgiving. Thanks for the tips as well as the inspiration. 👍
Cool concept there is a old mining rig north of Atlas observatory, east of Monogah mine that had a secret room on the roof. Built a base on it and use the secret room for my power source
I was going to get the tire cement walls before and finally did after your recommendation. Confused why they're under floor decor but still they give a nice raider vibe. Also decided to build here after my last spot got bugged. I was at that other place you showed, the concealed one under that bridge. I had the turrets in the same spot but something happened and the turrets went up and into the bridge and just barely poked out. I like this spot a little more.
#norespawns the only place I found a trailer that worked was across the street from general steakhouse. Only one end is torn off but with a little finagling it can be fixed
We should be allowed to make grow beds, or indoor greenhouses in this game. They could cost some steel, concrete, fertilizer, and the plant in question, and require one power to function, and could be placed off dirt.

Nah - I did play it at their launch event in London and it's decent, I just don't have the time to commit to it - especially with all of the other skirmish games I play. Plus none of my friends are interested in it, so I'd have no one to play the game with.
I'd possibly be interested in it if the models were pre-painted ofc - as then all I'd need to do is just buy the box. As I am interested in other non-warhammer/infinity games, but those are more traditional board games/card games.
Roberto Phillips it had prefabs yeah but I’m just talking about that set in general. You can see some existing structures in 76 that have been built with it but you can’t actually use it in game unfortunately. Was just saying wish it was in the game is all.
I just put the flower pots from the Green thump pack on top on them - though that pack isn't available anymore, I'm pretty sure you can get the pots separately.
@@norespawns Lol. Not the same. It is very common in rural West Virginia to make planter s out of old tires by cutting them so they can be turned inside out with a sidewall standing upright. I guess Bethesda dropped the ball on this one... Search 'tire planters' on here to see what I'm talking about. Cheers!
I know what you were referring to - the assets for them exist in the creation kit as they were a mod in Fallout 4 - so worse case we'll get the option for them when mods finally drop.

You did do a great job with putting the regular pots in the tires. ;-) And tire planters' are just SO rural Appalachian that if they put in player useable tires, Bethesda really should have included the planters'. Reckon we can hope for them in the future.

I did a build like this in Charleston near the local train stop merchant. Managed to build all the way up to the top of the preexisting building.

There's a premade scrap tower fort thingy in that general area, within sight of Grafton. It's a little cramped though

If you want mountain top views.. west of solomon's pond there are some good spots to build.
