That hermit crab kicked my ass last night. I decided to get my revenge and shoot him from the other side of the bridge but he ran away and despawned. I was outsmarted.
I remember I used to watch this channel so much for Fallout 4 vids. Since I don't play 76 I don't watch as much anymore, but still amazing content! I can't thank you enough for all your building tips when I was on PS4. I should also mention that now that I'm on PC I still use the rug and pillar glitches since I'm a creature of habit. I've been uploading some of my own Fallout 4 videos now on TH-cam. Thank you for inspiring me!
I love this build! The contrast between the inside and outside is really cool. It’s like your character happened upon a pre-war bunker. That’s why everything is in such good shape on the inside. Everything on the outside is what your character has scavenged/built and added himself as he needed it. The murky atmosphere really makes the lighting pop too. The more orange/yellow tinted lights always make things look so warm and cozy. Even an industrial style safe house crammed under a bridge, lol.
Great location! I'm really liking how you're showing us how to incorporate existing structures within the game into our homes. This one is definitely my favorite so far, really clever and just fits in so well. The door is perfect, really nice job.
First of all they need to increase camp budget. Then they should add more life like stuff like a fishbowl with different variations, a living fish with a vault door in the tank or little scuba vault boy or a dead fish floating in toxic water. A different oil lamp option like an old timey jam jar with a candle or fire fly in it. Different brick, wood, or metal types with wear and tear variants that seem more believable in the world.
The CAMP budget increases slightly as you level up. The materials needed to build something decreases as you level up and is decreased further with the Contractor perk maxed; I don't know why the amount of materials needed to build something is affected instead of the budget itself but I tested it out around level 65-70 and I can tell you it does increase if you just play the game.
EJ Red my character is level 180 but it still seems like i cant really build that much, i have moved camp several times to see if that helps, deleted all stored items, swapped servers and still feel its not enough space. I only have one turret to save space, if bethesda gave about 50% more space i think it would fix the problem.
@@lukelukey4155 That's typical, it's around level 150 that you can start building big, once you get to 200 you can start building fortresses without restrictions
I've been using those barracks / guard posts for my CAMP's walls for like a whole year and I still never knew that you could make free-standing ones! I swear, I learn a new trick every time, Davey.
I'm a bit late for the party but I'm just watching your Fallout 4 building guides and I think they're just superb. I'm going to try and implement everything since it's mostly what I've searched for online and I believe your videos are the only ones that covered everything so nicely.
Here's an idea for Bethesda.....They put the Vault-Tec workshop peices from Fallout 4 into Fallout 76. Not the Atomic Shop because it is overpriced but literally put them in the game. And the plans to build them would be found at Vault-Tec University. Nice build By the way. I built an airship for my C.A.M.P
I tried building something like this at the other bridge by the Red Rocket in the southern region of The Mire but I couldn't line up the foundation with the walls so I just gave up on that idea and moved back to my usual spot. But once Wastelanders drops I do plan on moving somewhere to make my CAMP more "secretive" and survival based since my current base is a farmhouse by the lake.
I want to add, I love how you didn't use the entire span of the bridge. It looks better being a little box like that... *points* Have you been unlocking the mystery items for the free kegs? I'm going to strip down my camp and make a pub, now.
Very nice build. My most recent one has been on the southern side of the Cranberry Bog cause I haven't explored down there as much, but the swamp is definitely my most preferred area of the map to build.
I will pay you to help me build a Riverside camp. It's so hard without bridges. Fn Bethesda chooses to not put bridges in. Or better yet maybe make a guide on how to make Bridges by combining different things like you did with your defenses for your turrets. Love your content. Keeps me sane during this tough time. Thank you
hey, so I am not sure if you are aware of this, but the raised defence platforms that you can snap together can also have walls snapped to them. I have a full fort built using that method.
My first every leading role play is probably going to be canceled but on the bright side, we now all have time to play 76. Also, I absolutely love builds like these. The idea of letting us build anywhere has led to some awesome creations. I love the fallout universe for many reasons, one of those being how humans adapted to what was around them and instead of finding a clean slate they used previously available locations and fortified them. I hope they continue the camp system in Fallout 5 (elder scrolls 6?)
I've thought about putting that chimney on crates and glitching the pipe through the roof with the flamethrower trap. Have you tried that in any of your builds? Curious to know if it would work.
This video reminds me that I plan to (once wastelanders drops) build a camp on the highway near watoga, there's some cool caves under the highway and I plan to build an underground bank vault to store whatever the treasure of Appalachia is. Heres an idea for all who see this comment.
Love your builds taking notes be safe down town looked almost like a ghost town here in San Diego Are you in a private game because I noticed its missing all the griefers lol
The new roofs save you budget though, if you replace all the old roof pieces with new ones. Reload 76, you’ll have some spare budget! It’s not massive but it’s noticeable... so pay to win 😂
I was gonna get the new roofs cause they have half the budget of the others. More budget space for the deco. And holy beans...the barricades without stairs...now how to build them into corners...
is the game still worth playing cause of all the hackers etc? was thinking of coming back 2 try game when the new big update comes? what u guys think? any advice is much appriciated
I wrestled a hermit crab as a level 20 trying to get the weekly challenge done on that bridge, and I hated every second of it
SwivelSkittle After that...at least you got crab for dinner.

Bethesda could add the Vault peices from Fallout 4's Vault-Tec Workshop DLC into Fallout 76

They mentioned in the Wastelanders stream that the camp budget is going to be increasing.

Great work Dave, love this build! I am looking for a bridge to put my own spin! The texture in this build is top notch! Well done !

Awesome build! Love how this turned out, the inside looks great so well decorated. Great location too!
Really dig the contrast between the outside build and inside build - nicely done 👍
One thing we can all do even people in quarantine 😊

Wow! I had my CAMP there until a couple of days ago! It's great to know that other players have seen the potential of that bridge.
Looks so good. So many camps fit in the game seamlessly, looks like it is just part of the actual map

I love building bunkers like this. Also, while I'm a little gutted I missed the false door, it's great to see other people using it.

Thanks for your videos M8 !! Really awesome camp builds and gives me tons of ideas !! Keep them coming and stay safe across the pond !! 😷
Interior looks amazing, good job!
Fantastic build as always! Definitely makes me want to rebuild... again.
Very nice build. My most recent one has been on the southern side of the Cranberry Bog cause I haven't explored down there as much, but the swamp is definitely my most preferred area of the map to build.
I just love how you find all these awesome spots.

You still amaze me with your builds I really wish we could have workers or citizens like Fallout 4.
i did a really cool build here once and I managed to match the second floor to the road up top perfectly!
One of the coolest builds yet in my opinion
Amazing! this looks like something you'd find on the fo4 nexus front page.
hey, so I am not sure if you are aware of this, but the raised defence platforms that you can snap together can also have walls snapped to them. I have a full fort built using that method.
I've built a couple train-track bridge camps. (Tried to make them look like a train-stop). Deff love the bridge builds!

Revisiting for that bit on defensive walls found a concrete bunker in the ash heap and i need that tip
I needed that trick with the defense stair things. Thanks for the hint
"and if you're watching this in the future, hopefully everything works out and we're fine"
hahaaaa.........

What did the back look like? You only showed front, garden and living area lol
Love your builds taking notes be safe
down town looked almost like a ghost town here in San Diego

Don’t worry! Everything worked out and we’re fine! ;)
If you replaced the lights under the bridge with more industrial looking lights they could be "grow" lights for your crops.
Senneta rocks build right on top don’t say you can’t do it because I’ve done it
Love these videos keep up the great buildings!
Been hearing the new roofs use less budget
Could you put more stuff on the top of the bridge??
If only I'd seen this video a few months ago... Had to learn the hard way about the quest 🤣
Were did you get the tires

Hopefully Bethesda gives a double xp quarantine week :) But you take care, Davey
i need that nuka-cola door in my life
do you help other people build their camps?
I work in healthcare so I'll not be in quarantine at home at any point unless I get it before the hospital does.
i just started playing. My camp is under a bridge too.
i love your building videos
is the game still worth playing cause of all the hackers etc? was thinking of coming back 2 try game when the new big update comes? what u guys think? any advice is much appriciated
literally never met a hacker myself
Such talent
👍🏻
Or you can make cool bunker IRL like Colin Furze did :D
Isn't the value of the new roofing that it takes less camp budget? ;)
not for the real price tag, no lol
@@norespawns I'm subbing so its just a bonus to that really.
ohhhh Love It!
Montana is under Corinthian
Too cool !!
Just by listening to him you can hear that he voted left.
