Combining camerawork, cooking, creativity and commentary, this video sits together brilliantly Dan. At a time when a lot of people are ‘quitting’ veganism and getting a lot of stick for it, you are a fantastic, cool calm and collected representative for veganism, and it’s such a great way to promote what looks to be an insanely cool and stunning looking cookbook. Even for us non-vegans. Really enjoyed this Dan, and this channel just gets better and better with increasing depth and breadth. Your editing processes for these videos must be epic?! Hope the recovery continues to go in the right direction. Your Paterson numbers are nowhere close to what a lot of us think you deserve, I hope it ramps up for you a tad this year. All the best with the running mate and wearing through those LP4s....

I think there are lots of other people like me in that we starrted watching you for the running, but quickly transitioned into being interested in what you ahve to stay about stuff, and the way you film your videos. I see you as equally a vlogger and a runner, so I enjoy you vlogging about stuff which isn't necessarily running. Make videos about what makes you happy and people will watch them.

I agree with all the others. I like these as much as your running videos! Being plant based myself, I’m always inspired to cook more when I see others doing it well. So yeah...keep this going! Hey Dan great content as always. I'm thinking of picking the book up .. Do a lot of the recipes have things like plant based mince, vegan cheese, etc? We don't have a ton of options for that stuff where I live. Cheers
Ben DeCoste hey Ben no not all of them do and you can always sub things. A lot of them list using a vegan butter but I have just used a bit of olive oil. You could just use nutritional yeast instead of cheese or make a cashew cheese. In terms of veggie mince use textured vegetable protein. Hope that helps
