👁 About this video : In today's video we take a look at the all new redesigned Mercedes Benz G 550! This is such a cool SUV that has a unique shape and is so iconic for the brand! On the exterior it has sharp lines, it's very boxy, but pulls it off in a great way! The wheels are very nice in my opinion and match with the paint perfectly! Having the exhaust tips come from the side is awesome to see and as you can hear it sounds really good! The back up camera has been relocated to the lower section of the door. I have heard that people did not like it on the top and now it is integrated so it's not shown until in use which is a great touch! The interior is extremely nice with leather covering everything and now with the updated gauge cluster and infotainment screen! I love the new look and it is definitely what the G wagon needed! All of the controls are easy to use, this has the ambient lighting package, and plenty of space! As far as our test drive which wasn't too long, it was a whole lot better than the previous model! Even comparing this to it's bigger brother the 4x4 squared, it felt solid and was great to drive! They are selling quick and it's very hard to get a hold of them as they are selling well over original MSRP!

We did film a G63. That vid is linked in the description. Definitely more performance and added features with the 63. But even the 550 being more of a base, it was really nice!
So boxy, so pricey, but what a unique vehicle. I happen to love the shape, there is nothing that looks like it out there. I would love to spend an afternoon with it to get a feel for it. Two thumbs up!

Whatever you want to do. GLE is a great SUV. The G550 is definitely cooler vehicle, but not quite as practical. So whatever you think is the best decision

The g550 's front bumper looks terrible to be honest compared to the 63 and 65 models.

I just ordered mine! Got it at msrp but it is only a 550. The dealer couldn’t get a G63 (nor did I want to pay for it). I won’t get it for a year. ;(
Also, for 850.00 that one could have had the sweet digital dash, but at 130k, that sounds pretty bare bones options wise.
Oh nice! Yeah this one didn't have any options on it actually. Im pretty sure the destination charge was the only thing above the base price.

This is more of a base model. The AMG and other high trims have the dual screens
