It’s about getting into and holding each position anatomically correct for at least 30 seconds to build on the up coming moves he will add to this so i assume its at your own pace until you can achieve each hold.
If anyone doesn’t know these guys…they are lifesavers. Whatever your level…they got you.

For an old stiff guy looks doable. Will give the ten weeks series an honest shot in the hopes it gets me to the point I can use a SUP!

I am doing one set every hour in the hour while I am awake. I am trying to trick my mind/body into thinking I am exercising less than I actually am 😂
So do we do the plank, squat and bridge hold for 30 seconds just one set or more??
3 rounds of each exercise, 30 secs on 30 secs off
