    Wow!. I've been watching morning mobility sequences for the past 6 months. By far the best most thorough group of exercises covering the thoracic spine, hips, etc.

    A lot of great movements in this! I can't get enough of all this great animal flow stuff! So fed up with bodybuilding poses and routines on offer. Let's get those great bodies looking like the graceful humans we all are capable of!

      Absolutely agree! Let's get moving through our full range of motion and see what we can do!

    Thank you for sharing your Routine. It has helped me to get rid of my back pain i had since three weeks; and i had no idea where they originally came from. As i tried your exercise, there were a few "cracks" in my back and now i think the Problem i solved so far :D
    With the exercise i fell more energetically!

    Yes! This is the exercise I was looking for! :) I hate stretching, it is too slow and boring, on the other hand this is so much fun.

      Doing this daily and working up a good sweat. It's a great warm-up ahead of isometrics or resistance routine.

    Hi! Thanks for tips! Im doing it before skating 2nd day in a row. Would be nice if you could make real time workout, maybe longer, even 30 mins long, with more poses, to workout together. Love the way you explain all moves.

    WOW, my friend, very interesting exercises. I told my daughter that if I get a heart attack, call 911 :) - I'll definitely try to include these in my routine at least 2 to 3 times a week... I really enjoyed them and loved that I had to use my brain too, for some of them. I'll explore see what else you got - I'm looking forward to more non-conventional exercises. You ROCK!!! :) (felt a bit almost like MMA prep exercises - are you a wrestler or MMA fighter?)

    Do these exercises have the same effect when performed slower than shown in the video? I feel like i'm rushing when doing at the same pace as shown and not doing them as effectively. Is the speed important?

    • @WholeLifeChallengeWW
      @WholeLifeChallengeWW  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question, Beth. Do them at the speed that feels right for YOU. They will definitely be effective.

    Thank you! Just curious: how did you come up with this routine?

    • @WholeLifeChallengeWW
      @WholeLifeChallengeWW  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You're welcome! Andy has been a trainer for a couple decades now, so this is taken from a lot of different things that he's learned over the years and adapted into one routine. Likewise, you are welcome to do what works for you, swap things out, or simply use movements from this that work for you and help you feel good!
