    How long should each Combo be done for?

      Hi Lincoln - great question!
      A-Frame to Push-up Jump to Squat: Watch the video
      to see the various levels. Set your timer for five minutes and practice
      this combo. Work at whichever level is appropriate for you. Take breaks
      when needed, but try to keep them short.
