I'm not from SBI but we have work conditions similar to that of SBI in Panchayat Raj Department at Grassroot level. Promotions are almost non-existent for us. I'm looking forward to quit my job soon as this job is also not giving any satisfaction like that of the corporate jobs that I worked in the past. I want to be a CA(only one step left for that)/lawyer and go for self-employment so that I can work on my own terms and also earn as much money as I can. This video is giving confidence that I can switch from this trap like job soon.

@@vikramdhawan1680 sir at what age you got into fms...i am 32 and in sbi as po, just ended my probation and want to change for better career trajectory (only fms type colleges like xlir, mdi, top 5-6 iims etc) so please enlighten on few queries i have - 1) is it okay to get in mba from top college at age of 32-33 2) will sbi po probation can be counted as work ex in top mba college and in placements 3) will i be at backseat in placements even if i get in good college
And psu itself comes under different govt ministries,u are working for govt, development of India,it's a govt job,get ur facts clear Ex- SBI comes under ministry of finance,govt of India,controlled by govt of India,u can't degrade govt jobs

Sbi po salary is around 90k if he was promoted to dpt manager then he was probably earning around 1.3-1.4lpm . Aur Abhi 2.2-2.4lpm hogi shyd Dabur mein

@@quagmire4412 he has only worked 5-6 yrs in SBI and the salary of an SBI employee depends on what scale he is. A scale 3 employee earns around 1.3lpm after tax. Dabur pays around 35lpa to brand managers where base is 22lpa but because he has done mba from Fms he might be earning around 40-50lpa
Guys i have a question i just completed my graduation in bsc mathematics and i only got 50% can i get into iim if i get good percentile and i have heard that even if you i get into iim company wont accept me because of my grad marks
Different colleges have different criteria for undergrad marks, pls check once the selection criteria's are out. and yes companies also do have certain criteria for marks.

SBI job is very tough with less salary then MBA grads.We should not consider it as a Govt. Job cz it is just a PSB job. Good decision.

Top companies put sone criteria but other companies will give you chance on the basis of MBA grades and won’t look at your past performance.
It's gonna be difficult for you as grad marks have weightage in your selection process, I think you may not even get calls from top iims
