In the coming years, with automation and AI advancements, there will be huge job losses in the IT sector. Even in the present scenario, IT jobs are one of the least secure job and these IT firms wouldn't think twice before laying off thousands of staffs at once to cut costs. I know a lot of staffs with over 10 years of experience getting laid off for no reason at all and without any prior notice. Some are even made to forcefully resign from their jobs by their superiors. I've even seen them going through immense mental breakdown due to job losses. My heart-felt condolences to these IT slaves. I don't know how the interviewees and the interviewer in this video are making us believe that earning salaries ranging from 10 lakhs per annum to 30 lakhs per annum that too for a fresher who has just graduated from college is like a cakewalk. I was literally cringing when one of the interviewee said that he gets paid for doing bare minimum work. Is this for real??
