In this video take you through the diagnosis and fault finding of a non working electric window switch on the above car.
The switch would work on the first position (manual), but not on the second (automatic).
A simple fix that can save you money, special if you're thinking to take the car to the main dealer...

Ahead of a 650 km trip, my driver side window got stuck open and would not close, even when using the key. Your instructions to open the unit and clean the contacts saved the day, thank you so much!

Got to say a big thank you from Australia. Left window was behaving exactly as you described. Followed your most informative tutorial and cleaned the switch contact points as you did. No corrosion on the circuit board and only tiny contaminants on the contact points. WELL.Now everything works fine and the roof which would not retract for the past six months is working like a bought one:) 307 CC 2007 update. Thought I'd tell the world

Thanks so much for this clip. Before removing board only driver side window worked and rear passenger would go down but not up, I pulled the board cleaned all the contacts with a bit of rubbing alchohol and a gentle abrasive. Every window is back to full functionality.
Would have liked a close up shot of the connection points you attached the wire to while testing.

Thanks for the video. Both of my 307 windows refused to go up. Cleaned those contacts on the board and the small buttons embedded in the rubber pad, reassembled and working like new. Great!

Useful video. Just fixed my 2005 307 window switch by wiping contacts with isopropyl alcohol. That was all that was needed.

Got a bit of a diferent problem with this same part, the plastic holding the buttons aligned broke on 3 buttons. So this vid helped alot in disassembling the whole thing, and thank you for that. Have a good day :D

Yer in my experience it's rarely a board issue it just needs a clean alot of crap gets in there 👍

Great video, very helpful. But my passenger window will NOT go up or down at all. Is this something that can be repaired? My roof will not close I'm guessing because of the window???

In that case, it might or might not be related... if they both stopped working at the same time, then yes, is probably related...
Something like that need further investigation...
But start by check fuses, connectors etc...

Hello I was watching a video of you about the Peugeot 307 airbag light that tells you how to solve it. What happens with mine is that it says that the initiator of the 1st airbag circuit is open. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not but I messed with the 2000 to repair a fault in the turn signal spring and after a while this error started to appear is it a coincidence or can it be something else?

It can be something else, or something you have missed... I would double check that everything is connected correctly etc...

thank you had same problem with my citroen c4 grand Picasso, ive problem with my bottom blendor for the heating think its sticking when switched to tht mode only and car at idle runs ruff only when change to. diffret blendo mode it runs fine could it be shorting out don't think its an easy fix i short about tht ;)
