Minimax mini speed boat launch

Launching the little minimax speed boat that I built, was hoping to get some good footage of it on the water but I had a steering problem and also a few other little faults I had to figure out so hopefully I can upload a vid of it running on the water at a later date

I made one of these when I was 16. Used it twice but was a fun project.

I agree with the other person. I was hoping to actually see it going. It looks like you simply wrapped the steering cable around the steering wheel drum/pulley the wrong direction. Depending on how it is under the dash, you have to come off the bottom of the drum. I haven't looked at your other videos yet, but it does look like a good father and son project. I worked on something similar when I was in my teens.

yes the steering was backwards I have videos of it running on the water just a different paint job

I think we were all hoping to actually see someone drive the boat,,,we get that it floats in water. Such a disappointment of a video

I do have a video of someone driving the boat , check my other videos it is the same boat but painted a different color. cheers.
