Thank you for your kind comment. I try to show things as they are without exaggerating. I am in this to share my ideas to those that will actually explore them and not to have hundreds of thousands of ‘empty’ views.
Good to see and hear there are no restictions, only in the kind and we can practice everywhere. Ans the tip to study is really great Antonio!! Thanks and good luck with quarantine, you will manage💪🤸🙏
Very interesting breadth to your practice. I like your mental approach to practice a great deal. (And, your lucked out with that hotel room! Total gym ready!)
Thank you, very inspiring! It would be interesting to learn something more about the water quality work, are there any principles/rules you are following? Greetings from Italy
This is something I have been learning from my teacher. There are a lot of different tasks / qualities that I am using and constantly refining. Some of this work requires a specific pattern to be built and in the later stages it becomes more improvisational within a certain task (as you see in the video).
I never heard of water quality movement, can you expand on that it really seems interesting!! Also what was the exercise called you did for external rotation?😄 seemed like a variation of the Cuban rotation
It is something I am still very much in the beginning stages of. A very interesting practice indeed. Yes, this is a variation of the cuban rotation. Different angles, different focus.
First of all thank you for sharing your interesting way of living-learning. The only side effect is realizing that I can't spent so many hours in training if I don't make training my job. Kind of disheartening :D
Something to think about is, it is not about training it is about moving. Many people do not have ( or want to have ) teaching physical practices as a job. They prioritize the small amount of time that they do have for their own practice and if they have 10 seconds of time to spare, they are going to use that time to the fullest.
@@TheTaoWay to reach such a level to be a potential teacher needs a lot of time (but than teaching became learning and training at the sane time) That's why, as potential student, I might fix a less challenging goal, considering the time available.
External rotations with a fan is an OG baller move!
The thing I always loved about your videos is that they are always inspiring to watch, non clickbait, high quality content and of course entertaining.

Wow, I love the dedication to movement, great video!
I’m a fan of your external rotation work :-)
Good grip strength developer as well (that fan was thick).
Great video, loved the tip for studying Chinese using WeChat voice message also 📖

Thank you, quarantine went quite well. Lot's of learning was done. It is, however, nice to be outside, that is for sure.
Love what you do, the process of growing and learning is fun to watch, especially when it comes from great quality and intention. 🙏🏼 Do it!
Thanks for sharing.
High quality pullups you got there my friend :)
Really enjoyed your visit to the Passive Hang pod.
Glad you enjoyed the podcast!

Thank you. I think I would have 'lucked out' no matter what room I was given. There are always options with a diverse practice.

How often do you see Nio out there?
Thank you! I am unsure of what is 'Nio', though. What do you mean by this?
