Cool to see your routine from a few years back. I'd love a video (especially if it was like a video essay with some footage, but could also just be talking to the camera) sharing your journey towards movement and selv improvement in general, as well as possible hardships along the way. What got you inspired, has your personality and character developed along with your pursuit of movement and physical capabilities? Have you been close to quitting? All such things, perhaps something abotu childhood if relevant to the story... all of us have a unique story to share and it'd be interesting to hear yours :)
Nice video bro! I laughed at 9:45 because I'm the same, I can't stand in one place during reading or in general I '' must'' move! I feel it in my soul ahah Keep the good work!
The camera work during your locomotion was leaps and bounds better than anything else you’ve posted here thus far. I’d watch your videos anyways because they are rather insightful / informative, but this video was aesthetically speaking a huge improvement and was a pleasure to watch. Take this as you will :-) cheers
Just got gifted your channel via the TH-cam algorithm and subscribed right away. This locomotion flow of yours; do you have a more in depth video showing it? Looks pretty interesting
most of the people say "I don't have time". We all have the same amount of time, it's about how we prioritize it. Bottom line is, you don't have to have time, you make time.
Enjoyed the content, instruction and inspiration within. I’d be interested in learning more about the stomach vacuuming technique. Including any Relationship between that and diet...? Keep up the content. Society needs more like you..!
This was all done through self-research. No teachers, no videos but watching what others can do and experimenting. I am sure there are some good videos out there but I have yet to find them.
It build character by learning to sit still but having to deal with insects biting you. I have the same problem with ants in my backyard. They kept biting me while I’m trying to meditate.
Bro i love seein this! But 5h morning routine!!? I often have just 5 minutes in the morning for my self. Wake up at 4am ...in the train to work at 4.30am...1.5h way to work.... workin 12h..... make my way back home .... have a few minutes with my girl....Kids are sleepin already.... do some Meditation... time for 5h sleep...and go again! So maybe u got some Tips for me how i can spend more time on my own without not beein there for my fam or be jobless. Namaste
Hello. It is important to note that this is 'My Morning Routine' as the title says and not 'how to get the perfect morning routine' or a 'morning routine tutorial'. I am simply sharing what I do on a day-to-day basis and not telling anyone to copy the way that my life is lived. Wish you the best. -Antonio
Love the purple potatoes too. Grew up with those in Jamaica. Dug them from the earth and roasted on wood fire .Have been reading more and more since not working because I did not take the jab. Getting back to my exercise routine as the body gets more stiff in the joints as I get older. Have cut back on tv too. Enjoy reading my Bible and religious books. Praying more also. Need to eat better though and I am training my thoughts to do so. I like your videos.
Two things; 1. This is my morning routine. You are only seeing my day until 12PM. I train a total of 5-6hours per day , 6 days per week. You are only seeing a small glimpse. 2. What do you constitute as 'cardio'? If 'cardio' to you is running on the treadmill or stair-master, then no I do none of this. If 'cardio' means cardiovascular training, then yes, I do this often.
Of course, I wrote this comment a bit hastily, sorry. I've watched a few of your videos but I've never heard you mention cardiovascular training, hence my question. Do movement athletes have a particular approach to cardio? To me cardio means going for a run in nature, biking or jumping rope. I think this could be a great topic to cover, if you haven't covered it yet. 谢谢你的回答!
Nice video sir!!! by the way how can you meditate out in nature??? i mean flies, mosquitoes and other bugs break your concentration right??? so how do you manage??
@@k14michael well.....at least use mosquito repellent or something.....! dont let them bite u know.... malaria, dengue, etc. all are spread by these little guys.
Generally speaking what are your thoughts on training with masks? Is it dangerous to overall health? Do you see any drop in performence or feeling? How to to breath well while putting mask on and training?
A lot of movement in the morning. Do you extra weight lifting after that during the day? Why do you eat meat? It does not fit well with your spiritual meditation journey
The answer to your question is in the question itself. If the wise man eats meat and eggs, it is because it is wise to do so, or else he would not be wise.
Certo che lavora. Sì sveglia alle 6 di mattina e dedica tutto il suo tempo a lavorare. Allenarsi e allenare gli altri è il suo lavoro. E mi sembra anche che lo faccia abbastanza bene.
I guess each of us feels like we connect better with different environments and cultures, and I assume he feels freer in China, within that culture and society. Or maybe he just felt free because living there allowed him to do what he was passionate about.
Truly a pleasure watching your morning routine, also very motivating. I would love to learn more about the stomach vacuuming technique!!!

You deal with it. You allow the flies to land on your face, the spiders to crawl and the mosquitoes to bite.
It’s hard to do but this is the only way I can touch my body to the earth to get negative electrons while I meditate.
