HONDA CRF450RL VORTEX ECU INSTALL

Please follow along, so you can avoid the frustrations I've encountered! Here we cover installing a Vortex ECU on your Honda CRF450RL or CRF450L.
Tools needed include:
-8mm socket
-10mm socket
-micro flat head
-8mm wrench (ratcheting will help)
