hello... what can be a substitute for the white wine in the pasta?
I watch these videos sometimes just to hear him talk. It makes me feel like my grandparents are still alive. This guy is great and so talented!

The starches from the cooking water help keep your sauce on the pasta. Kinda helps it stick

@prashanthdsouza1939 he didn't say but my guess is pinot grigio. It's the only white wine i cook with. Savignon blanc would be runner up but never chardonnay...too oakey and overpowering. All the best.
