In immune therapy, let's say the T-cell takes more time than usual to act on tumour cell for some subjects, and, after 3 consecutive scans it's starting to shrink the tumor, however, it shows as pseudo progression while imaging. We need to still consider it as confirmed progression after 2 consecutive scans? But, my doubt is, actually it was not.
