It's great that they make everything from scratch. I love these type of videos from Korean bakerys because of how much effort they put into it. I'm no Donut/Cronut expert but aren't the ones in the video just basically different shaped Croissants? I thought Cronuts are deep fried and here they just seem to bake them like regular croissant pastry? Nonetheless, they look beautiful and tasty!
Donuts are definitely supposed to be deep-fried. But cronuts ( Donuts made with croissants pastry/technique) are done like this.
