Whats a budget deck that can be splashed with diabel engine?
Depend what you call budget since the engine it self dosen't have a card bellow SR, but basically any deck if you play for the defensive line with the trap that negates, or decks that have fire lvl 1 monsters, but i saw a guy that used this engine to end with the synchro lvl 5 yellow wyrm.
Does Horus work well in conjunction with Dark World??
Nah. Horus is for decks that like getting cards to the gy. The new Fiendsmith archetype might make some sort of Fabled Dark World deck interesting. The spell searches a light fiend then discards a card.
Okay this is going to sound arguably silly. But ritual beast can actually be a bit of a splashable mid sized engine.
How exactly we do that?

Why are people tryna hype up Shaddoll fusion like it’s a tier 0 card… it does absolutely nothing. Going second it does even less.
What are you on about? Shaddoll fusion is so much better going second than going first
