Fabled and X-sabers always has a special place in my heart because they were the first "good" decks I played when I was a kid so seeing some combos I could use to get back to ygo with them is Great!
I'm generally all about the Dark Worlds, and currently I'm trying to build a Fiend-centric version, so I'm trying to see what I can do with Raven-Dianara-Stairway-Treason.
@@dragonmaster613 I know. Aside from the four I mentioned, Marcosia's the only other Fabled fiend whose discard is for effect, but that one's way too situational. I'm still in the planning stages, so I'll see if there's anything worth putting together.
I loved playing Unicore Control back in the day. Meshing these with Dark Worlds also let me play some Fiend Synchros like Chaos King and Dark Highlander.
Fabled soulkius would do wonders in the crimson king structure deck especially if you add both labyrinth servants and a copy of chaos angel. As the revive effect cand send resonator monsters to the graveyard setting up a large number of searches and plays.
To be fair Kokkator came in a time where battle phase related effects where still not bad (Honest, Kalut, Tragoedia, Goyo Guardian, Spirit Reaper where sometimes played and the battle recruiters where decent at lower levels still)
I'll leave the obvious dirty joke about Peggulsus to the rest of the comment section and instead suggest that perhaps he's a distant relation of Bjorn the Unicorn from Peggle, Pachinko variants does seem like something fiends would be quite involved in.

Andwraith would've been better if it treated the monster you steal as a Fabled monster so you can use it to further your Synchro plays...like using your opponent's hand traps as the tuner material I would also like them to make the ones that send to hand to gy its own cohensive variant
For anyone reading through, just remember Krus is not a hard once per turn, in fact a lot of them arent, do with that info what you will, butess etially you can turn Monster Reincarnation into Monster Reborn, and Monster Reincarnation isnt on the limited list, activate spell, pitch Krus, and then immediatly add him back if you wish, the effect still goes off because it was discarded.

Rescue Cat is a really good normal summon for the deck, giving you a 1 card ragin or hyper librarian and putting abanc in the yard in the process.

My all time favorite archtype and the ideas you gave at the end really has the gears turning now.
Knightmares would work well these fables. With fabled swarming, you can co-link a hard to kill wall. Also, Knightmares effect say discard a card
It's discard by cost for the knigthmares, doesn't matter for fabled though

Only a small number of DWs work with Fableds, unfortunately. The trouble is the exact rules on DWs triggers.

@@JDjade1 if you have Legacy of the Duelist, try brewing there, I used that to try a Fab-DW-Chaos build.
