I would add more fusion spells becuase i am counting 6 you need to max out the fusion shaddoll cards so you have greater chance of opening and incurnation not being in the deck is optional but it is a good addition becusse first turn combo to make negate and shaddoll monster too
I feel like ken and gen are gonna be real good for shaddolls. I'm excited they're gonna be common! Have you considered cartesia, granguiñol and fusion deployment? It's a very good engine. Also i really like to play Hound, it lets you summon with Wendi and immediately activate the flip effect of whatever you summoned which lets you do cool things like search with hedgehog, summon with falco + baronne or draw 2 discard 1 with beast.
No offense but this list needs a lot of work, I am not sure if you tested this at all because you only have 4 fusion spells and with super poly its at a max of 6. You have 17 bricks (only counting monsters), 8 going second cards a second schism and core instead of reincarnation. Let's break this down further, you have a 42% chance to open 1 of the fusion spells. That means 58% of your games your hand will be basically unplayable. That's horrible, not only this but your opponent has a 33% chance to open ash blossom which further reduces your chances of playing the game. If your playing pure shaddolls you absolutely need more ways to fusion summon.
I think he is trying to make a good 'pure Shaddoll deck' as possible, and not trying to make Shaddoll as competitive as possible. In terms of pure Shaddoll, what changes would you make? For competitive, I'm guessing you would gut the deck? Genuinely asking 👍

I love Shadolls. For now i try a little Magistus engine, it works good with shadoll because its Light.
Honestly I would run cartesia and fusion deployment combo because she can automatically fusion summon for either Granguignol or Construct
