Beautiful machines. They don’t make them like they used to. Well worth saving these old gems.
Looking good so far, cool colour. A nice sharp flat head screwdriver served you well there!
Thanks howzat it sure did.
The paint looks great! All that prep work really paid off!👍
Thanks YDOC u havn't uploaded in awhile.
metal art It has been a while. Just trying to find the right project for the channel😀👍.
Ok mate. Good luck.
Love the Chevy orange looking good! I’m doing 1964 old craftsman bench grinder now. Hoping to have video out soon.
Thanks Tom ill check it out.
Good job and nice finish 👍
Thanks mate.
👍🏻🛠️ interesting choice of colour 😂
Thanks mate.
Nice mate! The old wires looked completely unmanageable😬 I'm excited to see the finished result in part 2 😊👌
I'm diffenly rewiring it I still hav to test the windings to see if I hav to rewind the whole motor.
It sounds like a good idea... 🤔 I hope rewiring is enough mate
Nice man, can’t wait for part 2
Thanks Lucas.
Very Nice projet ! I v never heard that 2850 rpm, here in North America, the standard are 1725, 3450 and 3600 rpm. Thanks for sharing 😊🇨🇦

Thanks mate.
I’m here before this blows up.
Thanks mate.
metal art you’re welcome
Great job so far.
Looks quite similar to Black and Decker grinders from the same period. Did you do any electrical tests on those toasty looking windings before investing time in the rest of the work?
No hav not tested it yet if it's shot I'll hav to rewind it.
@@metalartRestoration123 Hope its ok, but good luck if you do. I've not found much on rewinding motors on the internet in English language. Plenty of the asian language ones, but they are very hard to follow.
I rough idea on how to do it I'm having trouble finding the stuff to do it.
Nice stuff mate, did you bought it or you find it in an abbandoned factory?
Thanks Malcolm na i bought it mate.
Maybe I can watch this video when I want to go to sleep ! Do you have to focus on every single thing? How boring !
Glad I could help put u to sleep 😴.
