My family is in your video at Le Relais haha. It was our first meal in Paris and the staff was so friendly! we were enjoying lunch and saw you both walking around filming this video. Didn’t want to interrupt, but just wanted to say thank you for so many helpful videos. We are at so many of your recommendations, and it truly made our experience in Paris that much more authentic and special. Thank you!

My dear daughter Victoria, has been able to verify, in our beloved Paris, that Colleen and Antoine, the TH-cam stars, are actually the wonderful people we discovered long ago on the screen.
No doubt about Les Frenchies, incredible channel, very entertaining and extremely funny, sharing their knowledge and always helping the traveler. Now, in addition, in the short distance we know that they are "real" and even more magnificent.
Thank you Colleen, Thank you Antoine ...Allez, on y Va!

Great video! Love that so many people know of you here in Southern California. I'm 76 and wish with all my heart to return to Paris... especially to see the opening of Norte Dame. I climbed to the top so many years ago. So, pilates, here I come working up to that 16000 step thing😅

You two always make me smile. It all looks delish, and it's so much fun watching you enjoy it! I have to say, after chocolate, tarte au citron is about my fav. As for the New York Roll, as a hardened Manhattanite, I can tell you that no such such thing exists here! The closest thing might be a cro-nut? To me, a NY Roll is a Kaiser Roll. Not nearly as yummy, but it says Nu Yawk!! You got the better deal. On a separate note: Coleen, I'd like to know about your pendant. I saw a man here wearing one and it registered that it was the same as yours. Does it mean you're both in the "I'm living the French Life" club? :) Thanks as always. Keep it coming...

First, thank you so much for all your incredible videos! My husband and I went to Paris in June for 4 days and watching your videos provided me with great tips on things to do and where to eat. We absolutely loved Paris! It's a beautiful city, with so much to offer. We found everyone super friendly. We would sometimes ask for directions and if the person did not know they would quickly pull out their phone and do a search to help us. We had delicious food, never did we have something we did not enjoy. We absolutely loved the simplicity of the dishes because when ingredients are fresh you don't need to embellish it. We had breakfast everyday at a boulangerie, and I cannot believe how truly amazing the baguettes are!!! We went to Le Camion Qui Fume and had THE BEST burgers ever! There was only one place that the experience was not great and I want to call out, because I have not seen it in any videos. We went to a restaurant for dinner near the Eiffel Tower, it has a big patio area overlooking a roundabout. The food was really good, I had an amazing smoked salmon salad, the service was quick (in a way to get you out the door quickly which is understandable as there were always people waiting to sit down) but the issue came when we asked for the bill. The server presented the bill and told my husband there was a service fee added (not on the bill but when he passed the card reader to pay). My husband did not fully understand and he processed payment, right after he noticed the charge was 10 euros more then on the bill. The server said he usually charges 10 euros but he could do it for 5, that is when we realized he automatically added tip without asking us. We just let it go but were taken aback by the server's actions. That was the only time it happened though and it was on our first day there. Overall though we had an amazing time and hope to go back to explore more of the things we missed out on.

Ah Montmartre. I spent a week there in January and stayed at L’Hotel du square d’anver. So I know that area fairly well. I dined in several of the restaurants you recommended in you best of Montmartre video.
And Colleen, I love your new red and blue blouse.
Im spending a month in September-October. Perhaps I’ll get to meet you. A bientot Josef.

@@LesFrenchiesTravel I’m so excited to be returning in September. My trip will start at 58 rue Rambuteau, then train to Saint Milo with a side trip to mount Saint Michael. I’m open for 9 days and would like to travel to Dunkirk via the coast. Then head to Issy-les-moulineaux for a few days and on to the 5th for my final week. Perhaps we could meet?

I think we'll be walking everywhere in Paris just so that we can try all the food you recommend 😋. Is there any chance you could do a video on how to find those little parks and squares with benches?
