Followed exactly as you told, step by step. Waiting for 8 hrs to dry. As it is it feels hard that it makes a "tlunk" sound when i turned around the pieces after drying for 30 minutes.. but it was made using brown sugar hence petha looking brown, glossy and in good shape. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING IT VERY EASY!

Kewra essence se petha ka bitter flavor chala jaata hai and kewra adds good flavor to petha. You can use rose water if kewra is not available but taste will be different.
