    ■ Cooking time: 10 minutes
    ■ Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
    ・Tomato: 2 ・Canned tuna (boiled): 1 can (70g)
    ・a. Ponzu soy sauce: 1 tablespoon ・a. Salted kombu: 5g
    ・a. Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon ・Perilla: 2 leaves ・White sesame: 1 teaspoon
    ■Preparation ・Cut shiso into thin strips.
    ・Drain the canned tuna.
    ■How to make
    1. Cut the tomatoes into 2 cm squares.
    2. Put tomatoes, canned tuna and (a) in a bowl and mix.
    3. Arrange on a plate and top with white sesame seeds and shiso leaves to complete.
    ■Tips/Points: Drain the juice from the canned tuna and add it.
