The VA has done extensive studies of CO-Q10 and found that low doses don't seem to do much. One of the larger studies used 900mg throughout the day, I believe 300mg 3 times a day. My dad had Parkinson Disease and I was giving him 200mg 4x a day (200mg is easier to find than 300mg & a lot less money). Anyway I didn't tell the VA doctors and finally, after many months of giving my dad CO-Q10, at one of his Parkinson exams that I took him to, the doctor noticed, as he put it, a huge change. This was in someone that had 20yrs of Parkinson symptoms. I take it as well, 400mg in the morning, 200mg mid-day, and 400mg after dinner or before bed. I think I am having lots of benefits- heart, reduced neuropathy, brain function.

    Dosage (my recommendation)
Alpha-Lipoic Acid: Typically recommended dosage ranges from 300 mg to 600 mg daily.
Magnesium: The recommended daily dosage varies, but it is generally safe to take up to 400 mg daily. It's important not to exceed this amount without medical supervision.
Vitamin C: No specific high dosage is recommended for peripheral neuropathy, but a common daily dosage is around 500-1000 mg.
Vitamin B12: For neuropathy, higher doses may be prescribed, and it can be administered via injections or oral supplements. Dosages vary, but commonly range from 500 mcg to 2000 mcg or more.
Vitamin B6: Dosages of 50 to 100 mg per day are commonly suggested, but exceeding 200 mg per day can lead to neurological issues. Don't go this high
Benfotiamine: Commonly used at doses of 300 mg to 600 mg per day.
Acetyl L-Carnitine: Commonly used at doses ranging from 500 mg to 2000 mg per day.
Zinc: Daily dosage can range from 15 mg to 30 mg.
Omega-3: Dosages vary, but common recommendations range from 1000 mg to 4000 mg per day.
Curcumin: Dosages vary, but a typical dose might be around 500 mg to 1500 mg per day.
Vitamin E: Commonly used at doses ranging from 200 IU to 400 IU per day.
CoQ10: Dosages vary, but common recommendations range from 100 mg to 200 mg per day.
Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA): Dosages vary, but common recommendations range from 240 mg to 480 mg per day.
L-Carnosine: Dosages vary, but common recommendations range from 500 mg to 1000 mg per day.
Resveratrol: Dosages vary, but common recommendations range from 250 mg to 500 mg per day.
Again, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially at higher doses.

When I read weak stomach acid symptoms included poor mineral absorption, I thought that sounds like me! And when I worked on that my digestion greatly improved as did mineral absorption.
Also when I started fasting and keto my carpal tunnel in both wrists went away. It was only then I realized inflammation was behind the carpal tunnel. My body was inflamed for twenty or so years causing damage. I did hear a guy say carpal tunnel was caused by inflammation because why would it happen to both wrists. He was right.

      @@alrightythen888 -
I first learned about weak stomach acid years before keto and fasting.
There are three tests for weak stomach acid. Betaine HCI, baking soda burp test, and Heidleberg test, I think that’s what it’s called, where you swallow a transmitter and it records you stomach acid.
I found this test near me but for $400, I passed.
I did the Betaine test. It took 10 capsules before I felt warm.
It’s best to work with a professional to keep from wasting time. I can recommend Nutrition with Judy. She’s very good. But up to you.
Do your research. And never give up looking for answers.

Thank you so much, I was thinking the tingling in my feet and shins and now burning in my thigh was my diabetes even though I've gone from 14 1/2 stone to 12 stone since last September. But I also have arthritis for many years and a slip disk in my spine that is now crumbling. the neuropathy just gets worse. I will ask my dr for a Biomechanical overload test. Thank you, after seeing both my parents die from diabetic diseases I don't want want to go the same way.

It's not neuropathy but I use to think I was llergic to anything acidic. Tomatoes, grapefruit, oranges, and also spicy things. I would break out in severe fever blisters all over my mouth inside and out. I was told by a friend to take L-lysiene. It worked for awhile but then the blisters came back, but not as severe. Then I was told to use lemon in my water as an alkaline. Sorta worked. I also have thyroid issues- (hypo). Seen a video, said to take selenium to help my thyroid. In that- I haven't had a single fever blister! Weird. Don't know why, but now I'm eating pizza with pepper jack cheese, orange juice and whatever else I've missed out on. It's been 2 moths and nothing. Usually if I eat high acidic foods, I break put within 2 days. Hope this helps someone. Maybe you can make a video on that? I'm not sure if that is science or not, but it worked for me, maybe it could help others?

Many are low in selenium as the grounds used to grow veggies are completely depleted of the minerals they should contain if little more care was taken. Its sad side effect and reality of modern large scale mono agriculture. Try swapping to organic fruits and vegetables even if its way more expensive, it will never be more expensive than the bills that will keep getting in for healthcare if you stick to commercial depleted food sources. Selenium in pills will work too but no one knows the long term effects of artificial minerals taken in without the compounds they naturaly appear with.

Ginger, thanks for the great response!
Thanks for your kind words. Doctors often are overloaded with patients and other duties and simply do not have time to explain all undelaying details of each ailment to each patient. Rush and pressure of time is unfortunately organizational reality of work in hospitals and clinics.
This is a reason why I try to provide basic information on various ailments to people who visit my video channel and my webpage. For each doctor well informed patient is highly valuable because it is easier to go directly to treatments while patients know the basic aspects of their own ailment and fully grasp the need to stick to daily treatments and application of remedies. In my experience well informed patients are more likely to successfully complete regime of treatments and achieve full recovery.
If possible, we would appreciate a quick and easy rating from you, and a good rating makes a BIG difference for us!

I got electrocuted it was so painful. Now because of it, it left me with neuropathy and heart failure. Do you think you can help me?. When the electricity went out my left foot my ankle is swollen and hasn't gone down since. my feet are in such horrible pain to walk on them, it feels like somebody's smashing them with a hammer or a car is rolling over my feet.. 😥

I second that sardines are an excellent omega 3 source!! They’re also a short lived fish, so they don’t build up the toxins that other fish do.
Combine them simply with mustard, or, add some healthy mayonnaise, mustard, onions, and apples for a delicious sardine salads.

Be great to see a similar video that addresses condition like Lupus. As Im sure you know things that help and also trigger as the immune system attacks itself. Im sure other autoimmune patients would be interested too.

Do these help with nerve damage from a back injury? My problems aren’t diabetic neuropathy. They’re spine injury. Thanks for your help.

I found an online neuropathy support product that has the following and noticed a positive change within about 3-4 weeks. I am 4 months into taking the product and my feet are probably 95% back to normal: Vitamin D3, B6, B12, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Benfotiamine, and Alpha Lipoic acid....Best purchase EVER!

Good to see you and your important information💕 I have to listen more than once and take notes. With Fibromyalgia and Lupus and high blood pressure life's struggle to juggle‼️ My hands are full of sharp pain with stabbing and electrical feeling.
I take vitamins but I have to take all you were talking about. Any improvement will be a miracle. Thanks for the wealth of information 💕 I'll be in touch. 🎄
