I was thinking this is A.I. created. On the full "album" you can here distinct digital distortion on his voice when he's prominent, and the in-between song sounds sound lifted directly from the original Unplugged set.
The instruments were recreated by the creator, he talks about it on the buymeacoffee site linked in the description of the other full length unplugged video.

AI was only used to get vocal isolated from the album.

THe vocal was from nirvana live and loud concert, and the rest is from other cover lithium song..
