Thanks David. That’s a nice idea. Not long to wait now in the series and we start swapping a few parts, and I can’t wait for you to see how she looks! 😁👍
Great job on the crash bungs Phil , I'll need to try on my wheel ones I have on my own bike . Bought it with some marks already on them think guy squeezed his bike in and out of his shed and scored them a bit .👍👍
Hi Paul. Thanks for your comment, I know for some they are basic techniques I’m sharing but you have to start somewhere and not everyone is diy minded. Sundays episode should be of interest when we start swapping out a few parts! 😁⚡️
Phil, as ever great vid. Can I ask, have you ever had the hot start issue with your bike? My sons street triple 675 has been a major pain, not starting after a run that gets it hot. He's changed starter and solenoid but still issue. We found a number of others recommended changing HT leads to solenoid, in and out of battery, so he has a new set of higher rated ready to get fitted (not east as starter is in hell of a position)
Thanks for your kind comment. A few years ago the bike was a pain to start once it got hot. We thought it may have been the starter but we thought we would fit a new battery first to see if that worked, it did and we haven’t had any issues since! I hope you get it sorted! 👍
@@k31chris thanks but forgot to say we changed stator and rectifier as well. I hope HT leads will fix it, otherwise its going, a real shame if it does as my son loves it
Never thought about buffing frame sliders. You did a really good job!
Thanks so much. To be honest the camera shows every minor flaw and they look so much better in person! I appreciate your comment!
Thanks Paul, I’m pleased you enjoyed it. I hope to share the next episode on Saturday, so you won’t have long to wait! 😁👍
Absolutely brilliant. In the view of more black the better, maybe you should paint the side stand black? I think it would look great.

Great idea this Phil , they have come up a treat
Thanks Dale. I’m pleased with the results. I can’t wait to share the “new parts” episode very soon! 😁👍

Sounds like a nice little project for you to get on with, please let me know how they look once you have finished! 😁👍
Hi Phil, that is a great tip and look forward to the tip for the crash protecters in the next vid I have the same crash bungs on my street tripel rs

Check condition and output voltage of stator and reg/rectifier a problem part on 675's
