A fine performance. These young people are learning the grand Romantic manner.
One suggestion, especially for the last movement: Make the staccatos even more pointed. They should leap out at the audience, bouncing and sparkling. This will also heighten the contrasts.
(I've played this in a quintet, on oboe. It's most definitely an endurance test for every player!)

Wow! Nice performance...great versatility and potential - Bravo! Putting my coach's hat on, slow mvt is way too fast though, giving the impression that you want it over and not enjoying it (made worse with styling e.g. by shortening the slurred counterbeat eight-notes in bars 8-15 in accompaniment, these should be "suspended and lifted"), and phrasing should be stretched in key spots, with lush sound - this is really the centerpiece, and truly operatic in nature. Also, flute intonation is often sharp in high-register (e.g. vs oboe in high-register octaves in 1st mvt): gen. flute should tune lower for better tone/intonation. Last mvt should be faster IMO, or if not, phrased so that it sounds elegant and effortless otherwise the danger is that it becomes too metered. This piece is tremendously difficult and requires a lot of work in order to become the swashbuckling romantic workhorse it is written to be. Also generally and especially in the 2nd mvt, solos should really come out and project, you are too concerned with blending :) I hope you can forgive me for the unsolicited advice - I am a fan of your group and look forward to hear more!

Great points, especially about the tuning and balance. As a flute player, I almost always tune slightly flat in orchestra, but I detune especially if I have to play unison/thirds/octaves with oboe. Trying to blend with high clarinets is hopeless...
