I do griddle pizzas all the time. I started out on griddle pans like this until I got my big flattop. On the flattop it takes even less time because you can start your toppings, start your dough, and combine them without cleaning or the toppings ever cooling down.
Did our first grill pizzas a couple weeks ago. So awesome to not need the oven when it's already this hot. I dare say my wife's homemade dough beats store bought any day, though.
It's always a great idea to grate your own if you are going to go through the trouble of cooking a meal at home. Foods just taste so much better when they are prepared in the kitchen vs. in a processing warehouse then packaged for use. It's truly hard to beat a pepperoni & sausage pizza with much fresh grated parmaseian cheese on top ! Can't wait to see what the flash paper is all about.
Absolutely love your stuff! I take inspiration from these videos to make my versions lower in calorie (~85% the flavor) but higher in protein so I can keep my physique year round ❤
I've been cooking my pizza outside in Arizona summers for as long as I can remember. While I have done it on cast iron in the past, I received a pizza stone for Christmas and it has changed my pizza game! Great recommendation! Happy Pizza'ing.

GREAT show Sam (and kids). Excellent short-cut there with the dough, however I do like to make my own. I have never tried cooking a pizza like this but I will now. I will go straight to my round flat-top as I like the even heat it delivers (and it lets me make it round). Can't wait for your next video!🍿
