Hello, I just purchased a used RI 1000 from the original owner and she was suppose to transfer the registration to my name in order to get help from Ricoh but she has not, but I desperately need help. She tells me the color prints fine, but that the W1 line is partially clogged and that Ricoh would walk me through the process of cleaning the line so that’s why I am here to learn. I am very new to DTG and want to make sure that this is going to be worth my investment. Please help thanks.

Hello i own a RIH 2000 the white shirts come out perfect but the black shirts come out faded and with white lines across the design could you please email me or just let me know what might be the problem
