    This video has been in the back of my mind for quite some time now and I wanted to make this video but never got around to it. Have you had #clogging issues with your #FreeJet330txplus or seen your white ink not spraying enough down as it should? Do you have do so many white passes just to achieve excellent vibrancy?....yea it shouldn't be like that! Today is the day where I put all the bs to the side and I show you guys #howto unclog your printer! The gamut plus ink I believe is not fully developed and it could potentially be harming your printer.... why? because it's thicker even if you follow the rules etc that the company gives you run into this issue but I put my hero cape on and im saving all of you!
    I hope you guys enjoy the video! much more coming soon!

    Great job on the video, I'm sure it will be super helpful for all of the other gamut ink users. Is this something you do with regular maintenance on a weekly or monthly schedule? In your opinion should this be done as regular maintenance?
    And unfortunately you have to create a video to assist the freejet owners since the manufacturer doesnt seem to wish to assist their customers by creating content to set them up for success. Response time to service tickets is a joke and seems to be more concern on sending out promotional emails, producing masks, sanitizer and creating online content instead of addressing their customers concerns in a timely manner.
    And my final point to the Omniprint employee making suggestions on things to do in regards to this video, instead of suggestions create an official video from Omniprint for your owners of 25K printer have it for reference. It's novel concept, "take care of your customers after the sale, they become lifelong customers".
    Devanta great job again on the video, sorry to highjack your comment section, but I feel its necessary to shed light so that Omniprint figures out their service aspect of business needs to be overhauled.

    Got a brand new machine and on shirt #149 our printer head clogged. Did reverse head clean, pulled into through the dampers, etc. After extensive research and talking with Omni Printer owners I have found out what I wish I knew before jumping in on all of this. This same printer comes from south Korea, Omni print just puts their logo on it. The printer in south Korea is HANGYANG C&C for $4,000 and Omni print sells it for 15K to 25K, the head is the same exact one on the Epson printer for $800. Tech support is garbage and they run you around for six months till your warranty is up so they can sell you a $800 for $2K, circuit board for 2K but can get the same one for $27, then they scam people on the white ink that clogs machines so people will pay for a tech to come out and pay for a new ink head. There's a reason why there are so many damn lawsuits with this company. The printer itself prints a great image but Omni print company is scamming people left and right.

    I wouldn't recommend this method for an obvious reason. If there is anything on that printcap that is dirt and dust. You're sucking the cap solution mixed with micro dust right into the printhead and there is absolutely nothing to guard the printhead from clogging. It's just a matter of time until you get it permanently clogged.

    • @EverythingHarris

      Well buddy running for a year but thanks for the view and the comment

    • @rubenpena5695
      @rubenpena5695 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I would agree with you, one thing that would work best would be to cut a cup and leave about 1.5 inches of the cup, fill it with cleaning solution and place the print head in it and suction from the clean solution and not the capping station. You can achieve this by undocking the printhead carriage and sliding the cup and cleaning solution into the printhead. Keeping in mind that this is without the platen on the printer and you can raise the bed as the cleaning solution is used up and the level drops. Also, it is very important not to spill any liquid around those printhead nipples because eventually that liquid will make it into the printhead cables and cause a short, fry your printhead and boards. It is important to wipe any liquid from that area intermediately to avoid a smaller issue becoming a greater issue. Great video Devante, keep it up!!!
