Can you draw a 3 phase power circuit with a 1 phase control circuit that when you turn on the motor you can flip a switch to turn on a light and when the motor is turned off the light stays on until you flip the switch to the off position and the light can’t be turned on until the motor is turned back on
we have lathe machine at work my co worker mechanic using . i think you need only power supply because lahte machine have already built inn stop start button and forward reverse. you need to install disconnect fuse on the wall and run cable supply to your lathe machine. there’s name plate attached to the body of your machine how much motor horse power and voltage. for sure 3 phase like we used at work. i run cable 3phase plush ground number size # 6 to disconnect load side.
I'm an electrician. Tye overloads and relays were jammed up and not.working properly. I had no diagram and had to tear apart and rebuild the relays and overloads. I expected to find the diagram online but have not found the right one to rewire it. I've numbered everything and did continuity tests to identify all the wiring. Taken pics of everything before and after working one everything. This is where I am at. I need a chematic. Or some advise

A very common mistake is to have the pilot lights green " on" red "off". This is not industry standard but actually opposite..A green light should be thought of as ready to go and the red pilot as running or danger.. its a common mistake but one that could be rather unforgiving
I work in previous 3 manufactory, the same color they used. and also here at my work we used the same color, “green pilot light “is for motor is running”, and “red pilot light “ is for stop. thats easy to understand, even you are far, away.” And doesn’t matter what color you want to use, the important is there is a level.

Pwede naman hindi idaan total auxiliary contact naman line 1 pra pg press stop hindi mamatay.pg bitiw mo naman ilaw prin. kaya ko dinaan dahil kung lagyan ng emergency stop sigurado na walang power ang control circuit. Yung 97 98 neutral puti na lahat ginawa ko pra madaling sundan ng baguhan . Kung totousin my wire number yun at red wire, pero ok lang na white kse mgkalapit lang jumper jumper un. So kung kung sa troubleshooting naman papano ka maliligaw madali lang sundan kita mo naman sa diagram. Kaya nga may diagran kahit walang number ung neautral test mo sa terminal kung saan nka connect. Test mo continuity pra masundan kung saan nakaconnect ang dulo madali lang yan ilang perasong wire lang. nasubukan ko nga ng troubleshoot walang wire number buong panel at sab0g sabog na mga wires at wala pang diagram kung ganun troubleshoot mo? Eto nga my diagram at wire number madali lang trouble yan bro.

bro kapag ang supply ay 440vac kelangan ang transformer step down. primary ng transformer ay 440Vac / secondary is 220 Vac . meron mga motor na 9leads pwedeng connect ng high 480 Vac to low 220Vac . pero kung 220 Volts lang motor .kelangan mo takaga ng transformer.
