whats 2030 fault showing ? you tried everything did you drain the ink ang flush running for 3 days unblocking ?

i found already that fault is deviation power failure. you need to un plug and re start printer then keep running unblocking head . if again do it again gonna come off after

sometime jet head not clean, you need to clean with methelkethon and while cleaning run the jet unblocking head.

i counter that sometimes the fualt is jet not detected. run unblocking head bout 5 to 10 minute sometimes disappear. fix . if still same problem run breakof point adjustment. keep tryiing that way.

how about always drop phase detection error lods? ill try to the EV Maintenance but can’t lunch the procedure. What do u think is the problem?

i dont know the size , but only one size and 5 needles belongs to this sewing machine.

the reading on the screen doesn’t rich set point if termocouple problem.

oo ung tatlong heater delta connection. pero grounded sang heater kaya disconnect ko sang heater. pag shutdown nila ang line saka palitan ng bagong heater unit pra mapalitan ng heater.

habang press mo up botton check mo load power supply primary at load side ng contactor. ganun din sa down

Hindi naman po. Chenik ko nang tester yong volts kapag may load na bumababa po nagiging 206 na pero pag walang load hindi po bumababa sakto naman ang boltahi mataas nga po umaabot nang 231 volts. 220 kasi yong supply

Tinanggal namin yong motor inactual sa load side nang contactor gumagana po yong motor hindi nag low voltage. Pero pag kinabet na yong motor ayaw po gumana umu-ugong lang at nag lolow voltage.

thats is original sounds paster Rpm because of fan blade to much pressure.

you can connect terminal 6 to terminal to terminal 7 for normall open contact.

I have try joining terminal 6 to terminal 7 using push button n.o contact ,and when pre set total counter achieve ...I push the push button but still cannot reset the pre set total counter ?

semilar connentiion instead pressure switch use timer on delay to start M2 if energized M2 and second timer for M3 its up to you how much you want time to start motor. but connection is same.
